Austria Motel is a small, friendly, family-run motel in the centre of Paihia township offering spectacular views over the Bay of Islands and easy access to shops, restaurants, Paihia beach and a wide range of Bay of Islands water and land-based activities. Paihia is the main coastal town in the beautiful Bay of Islands, New Zealand. Paihia is a starting point for all tours, cruises and home to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
The motel accommodation includes 7 spacious modern studio units and 1 large 2-bedroom unit (sleeps 4), all with private balconies. Our accommodation is ideal for couples wanting privacy, space and the convenience of being close to all amenities and attractions. Austria Motel is in the quiet part of town, one street back from the busy main road and only a 90-metre flat walk to shops, restaurants and the wharf.
