Austria Motel is perfectly located in the centre of Paihia (gateway to the Bay of Islands), less than 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping area and wharf. We are a small, friendly, family run motel with spacious and comfortable accommodation. You can enjoy  the self contained large modern studio rooms. All studio rooms have quality king size beds, plus single beds, separate kitchen and ensuite, 43 inch to 50 inch LED Smart TV’s, and a private balcony that has a northerly aspect, capturing morning and afternoon sun. The Deluxe Studio Room has 1 King Bed and two balconies. There are two 2 Bedroom self contained Units with kitchen’s, one up two flights of stairs with wonderful Ocean/Bay of Islands views and the second 2 Bedroom Unit easily accessible on ground level.

We are in central Paihia, the quiet part of town, one street back from the main road and only a 100 to 200 metre flat walk from Paihia’s restaurants, cafes, beach, wharf and shops.
